Save
£££’s every year in running costs
compared to rivals.
The
energy saver heat recovery system is a
two part system that has been
specifically designed to significantly
reduce heat loss by stopping heat loss
to the outside air and recycling the
heat back into the water, therefore
significantly reducing energy
consumption.
Designed for extreme temperatures of the
Northern USA and Canada.
Part I
Polar heat recovery insulation starts
with the cabinet being sprayed with
insulating foam to eliminate air
infiltration, along with a thick layer
of polyurethane foam applied to the
shell. The ambient air between these
layers of insulation forms a high
insulation barrier to help maintain the
water temperature. Other manufacturers
do not insulate all sides of their hot
tub particularly behind the equipment
panel (where every drop of
water within the hot tub flows through
an area with zero insulation).
Part II
Heat produced by the hot tub's
mechanical equipment is not vented away
in our hot tubs. It is trapped
and reused. As the water moves through
the pipes toward the jet it draws air in
with it. This is known as a "venturi".
Most hot tubs have venturis, but draw in
outside cold air. Ours don’t! As the
air is taken from the pocket created by
the thermal barrier insulation (Polar
insulation). Warm air is recycled
through the well-secured hot tub water
pipes and brought back into the hot tub
to maintain water temperature.
Thus saving energy and saving you money!
For the
Energy Saver Heat Recovery System
to be possible, all the equipment fitted
in our hot tubs pumps, ozone, heater,
audio and controls are of a high
standard and quality that can operate
for years at much higher temperatures
than the equipment fitted in other
manufactured tubs.
The
reason why most manufacturers don’t
insulate the equipment panel is that the
equipment needs to be air cooled and
can’t operate at high temperatures
without premature failure! |
